SMS Communications:  

If you choose to contact Benefits Unlimited LLC via SMS, we will use your mobile number only to communicate with you regarding your inquiry.  Your mobile phone number will NOT be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Consent Communication:

Your information (your mobile phone number or numbers) obtained as part of the SMS verbal consent process will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:

If you have verbally consented to receive text messages from Benefits Unlimited LLC, you may receive messages related to Customer Care.  Example: "Hello [First Name], this is Steve Harrington with Benefits Unlimited following up on our call.  Does next Tuesday at 10 AM still work for a 5-minute chat about how we can help your compnay save on FICA taxes?  Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt-out from receiving future messages from us. If you have any questions, you can also call us toll-free at (888) 404-8488.  

Message Frequency:.

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to five (5) SMS messages per week in response to specific questions you may have about our program.  EXAMPLE: "Hi [First Name], it's Steve Harrington with Benefits Unlimited.  In answer to your question, our supplemental benefits program will NOT cost you or your employees any money out-of-pocket to enroll.  Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt-out from receiving future messages from us. If you have any questions, you can also call us toll-free at (888) 404-8488."

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: 

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:

During your initial phone conversation with Benefits Unlimited LLC (https://www.benefitsunlimited.net - Steve Harrington), you will be asked if you would like to opt-in to receive SMS text messages from us to learn more about our Program or for on-going Customer Care communications.  

Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out from receiving future SMS messages from us at any time simply by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us.  Alternatively, you can call us toll-free at (888) 404-8488 to request removal from our messaging list.
